About Meg:
Meg DeClerck is the founder of Red Buddha Yoga + Wellness, a sanctuary dedicated to empowering individuals through the transformative guidance of Ancient Yoga Psychology, Eastern Philosophy, Meditation and the Holistic Healing Arts.
As a Registered Yoga School facilitator + instructor, Meg brings a unique blend of expertise to her therapeutic approaches. She holds certifications as a Holistic Health Practitioner, E-RYT 500, Sound Healer, Reiki Practitioner, Ashtanga (Manju Jois), YTT 500hr Trainer and Trauma-Informed Instructor.
With over 20 years of experience as a Senior level instructor specializing in traditional Eastern healing modalities, Meg is now integrating Western Psychodynamic work into her therapies. She is currently completing her education to become a licensed Psychotherapist in Switzerland and most recently has expanded her studies to include The Gottman Institute’s Couples Therapy training.
The Gottman therapy deconstructs the essence of being a loving and compassionate partner, fostering a more meaningful and lasting connection. Trust and Commitment serve as the foundational pillars of this approach, mirroring concepts found in Ancient Yogic Psychology when exploring the True Self.
Based in Zurich, Switzerland, Meg leads Mindfulness trekking retreats around the iconic Matterhorn mountain during the summer months and throughout the year works with private clients guiding them in the direction of living a life full of deep purpose, healing and holistic health (having balance in your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual being).
Meg’s work is grounded in client-centered, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive practices. Her generous and loving healing sessions are living labs for self-discovery, acceptance and profound truth.
